1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeOn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

TradeOn provides a platform for trading card game collection management, price tracking, and mystery pack experiences. We support Pokemon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, and Weiss Schwarz.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Mystery Packs

Mystery pack purchases are final. Cards pulled through mystery packs are subject to availability and shipping policies. Pull rates are disclosed for each campaign.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (EULA)

TradeOn offers an auto-renewable subscription, Collector Plus, available as a monthly or annual plan. The subscription unlocks premium features within the app. The exact title, length, and price (including price per unit where applicable) are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription covering that period.

Use of TradeOn’s auto-renewable subscriptions is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

6. Intellectual Property

TradeOn and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Trading card game names and images are property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeOn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TradeOn after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
